Description
Sales reps weren’t filling out Salesforce data for the events team — and the workflow was the problem, not the people. I designed a user-friendly app integrated with Salesforce to auto-populate all the event information the team needed. No friction, no missing data, no chasing reps. The idea made it all the way to a CMO pitch.
