Some of the best ideas never make it to market. That doesn’t make them any less real — or any less worth designing. These three projects are proof that great UX thinking doesn’t wait for a budget, a client, or a green light. Sometimes you just build it anyway.

UX Concept · Hackathon Pitch

Description

Sales reps weren’t filling out Salesforce data for the events team — and the workflow was the problem, not the people. I designed a user-friendly app integrated with Salesforce to auto-populate all the event information the team needed. No friction, no missing data, no chasing reps. The idea made it all the way to a CMO pitch.
