[01] READING THE ROOM

Event branding at scale has one unforgiving rule — inconsistency shows. We had just gone through a full company rebrand, and the event materials needed to catch up. Before a single pixel was placed, I audited the existing assets across teams and markets. Different booth designs, mismatched swag, no unified system. The new brand was showing up differently everywhere it went. That had to change.

[02]  BUILDING THE FIX

The solution wasn’t a single design — it was a system. I built a flexible visual framework that could adapt to any booth size, any market, and any format without losing brand integrity. 8×8, 8×10, 10×10 — backdrop banners, social media ads, swag, lanyards, name badges. Every touchpoint accounted for. Every asset built to hand off cleanly to any designer on the team.

The system rolled out globally. HR Tech Europe, Canada, LATAM — same brand, every stage, every city. Designers across markets could execute on-brand event materials under tight deadlines without starting from scratch. The template did the heavy lifting. The brand stayed consistent. Every time.
